When a company has a large number of employees and is operating in remote locations, it becomes too expensive to invest in quality driver training. The instructors would need to make many trips and travel to many locations and then with staff turnover, the workforce would never get fully trained in safe driving.
As such SDT offers a Train-the-Trainer option to upskill internal trainers to conduct driver training within their company. Train-the-Trainer is available for light vehicles, motorcycle and truck/bus drivers.
These programs have become very popular with large companies operating in the Asia-Pacific region.
